12/14/2009 -- I've written this review once before. We have stayed at Resort Quest places six times in the past three years. This is the first time we have been disappointed. We chose to stay here because of the inside pool. I got locked in the pool area two different nights. The first night I was lucky to find someone in a condo on the first floor that was there that let me go through their place to the lobby. The next time my husband climbed over an iron padlocked gate to go to the lobby and then to let me in through a locked door.We reported this to the front desk and they said it would be taken care of.
The condo unit was dated, there were dead moths and bugs in the window frame. It turned cold while we were there and the furnace was inadequate, we ended up wrapped in blankets.
