Lodging Features: This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony entrances in both the master bedroom and living room which lead to a large patio that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features of this upscale and Bahamas styled vacation rental unit include granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and twin sinks. Each bedroom and the living room have TV's and DVD players. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.
Resort Features: Located directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, this magnificent high-rise is within walking distance to more than eight miles of unspoiled nature preserve. Two and three bedroom units offer spectacular views and luxurious interior appointments including baths with curved marble, garden tubs with whirlpool, ceramic tile, washer/dryer appliances and some units with wet bars. Palacio features include heated pools with sundeck, gazebo, beach walkover, fitness center and tennis courts. Convenient for golf, dining, and shopping.

01/24/2010 -- The room was very nice as was the staff. The only problem, and it was a big one, was the people in the room above us. Several teenagers were in that group who stayed up most of every night. Called the Resort Quest staff, who informed me that they had nothing to do with leasing that room. They suggested that I call the sheriff's office. Very disappointed with what we paid for the room, only to have to endure a sleepless vacation. -- David S.

We would like to note that there are some circumstances that ResortQuest or any rental company does not have the ability to effect. For example, in this instance the unit that was the source of the noise issues was not on our rental program.
