Lodging Features: This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony entrances in both the master bedroom and living room which lead to a large patio that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features of this upscale and Bahamas styled vacation rental unit include granite countertops, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and twin sinks. Each bedroom and the living room have TV's and DVD players. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.
Resort Features: Located directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, this magnificent high-rise is within walking distance to more than eight miles of unspoiled nature preserve. Two and three bedroom units offer spectacular views and luxurious interior appointments including baths with curved marble, garden tubs with whirlpool, ceramic tile, washer/dryer appliances and some units with wet bars. Palacio features include heated pools with sundeck, gazebo, beach walkover, fitness center and tennis courts. Convenient for golf, dining, and shopping.

12/09/2009 -- This unit accomodated enough privacy for two separate families ( one with two small children), which is why I chose this unit carefully. We needed to have quiet at times w/o disturbing anyone ie tiptoeing or leaving the unit. The only thing we did not get with this unit was the stellar sunsets from our balcony. I knew that at the time and it is not the Palacio's fault but the builders next door! Hey, paradise comes with some faults, but minor in our case. We look forward to staying here again. It is our second time at Palacio and will not be our last!!!!
