Other features of this upscale and Bahamas styled vacation rental unit include granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and twin sinks. Each bedroom and the living room have TV's and DVD players. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.
Resort Features: Located directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, this magnificent high-rise is within walking distance to more than eight miles of unspoiled nature preserve. Two and three bedroom units offer spectacular views and luxurious interior appointments including baths with curved marble, garden tubs with whirlpool, ceramic tile, washer/dryer appliances and some units with wet bars. Palacio features include heated pools with sundeck, gazebo, beach walkover, fitness center and tennis courts. Convenient for golf, dining, and shopping.

12/09/2009 -- "We've stayed in 1502 several times! We love the Palacio and all it has to offer. This unit has fun, family friendly decor (every year, our kids want to take a picture by the crab in the dining room)and a beautiful serene blue master bedroom. The views are incredible and b/c you're on the 15th floor, you avoid the potential for noise from the pool deck below. \
The condo is nicely maintained. My only suggestion would be a larger (and newer) television in the living room area. It would be nice for anyone bringing/renting movies, as well as video games.\
We will stay here again!"
