Other features of this upscale and country cottage style vacation rental unit include granite countertops, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and twin sinks. Each bedroom and the living room have TV's and DVD players. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.
Resort Features: Located directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, this magnificent high-rise is within walking distance to more than eight miles of unspoiled nature preserve. Two and three bedroom units offer spectacular views and luxurious interior appointments including baths with curved marble, garden tubs with whirlpool, ceramic tile, washer/dryer appliances and some units with wet bars. Palacio features include heated pools with sundeck, gazebo, beach walkover, fitness center and tennis courts. Convenient for golf, dining, and shopping.

05/25/2010 -- Three of my best friends and I went to Perdido just last week. Your condo was magnificent and our stay was wonderful. It was just what 4 granny's needed to wind down from children and grandchildren. We plan to make this an annual event and hope to stay there each time. Great family get away!!
12/09/2009 -- This was my second vacation stay here. My family rents two condos per season. We all thoroughly enjoy how family oriented it is. This is definetly the main decision maker for our needs. The kids love the crafts/activities and the parents night out is a definite plus. The conveniece is great and the two condos that we stayed in were beautiful and well laid out. My parents did stay in one that was not decorated as tastefully so I recommend looking at the photos provided before booking your stay. We are planning our third vacation there this summer.
